Miamo Coffee is produced by Cafes Guilis in Madrid Spain, one of the oldest Coffee Roasting Company in Europe.
The production process starts with the selection of the beans in the origin, afterwards the green coffee is imported and stored into the port warehouse being weekly dispatched. It passes a strict quality control, tasting each deliver as it is received in our factory. Afterwards, each different coffee is roasted separately by origins to always respect its optimum roast. This is the most delicate and handcrafted part of the process as it is the moment when we obtain the optimum taste, aroma and body to get the perfect final cup.
The blend is the next step. Our silos and the packaging system allow us to storage each origin separately and, though an automated system, elaborate the blends of each quality and the special blends required by some of our clients. The process finalizes with the packaging which is done in our Factory in Barcelona. All the aroma, essence and taste of coffee are higlhy maintained and finally, the product is alway fresh.
